Will my quote change on move day?
No. Once we confirm your details, your flat fee is locked in before move day.
How is Type of Access used in my quote?
Knowing whether you're on an elevator, a walk-up, or the ground floor helps us plan the right crew and equipment for your building.
What if I don't know my move date yet?
That's fine. Give us your best estimate, or leave it blank and we'll follow up to nail down a date.
Do I need to choose a pickup time window?
A general time window helps us plan your day, but it's not locked in until we confirm your booking.
What if my move doesn't fit any of the listed move types?
Choose "Other / Not Sure" and tell us more in the details box. We'll sort out the right fit.
How soon will someone contact me after I submit this form?
